We have recently switched our Anti-spam/Anti-virus filtering service to a well-established third party, "Proof Point". You can access your Proof Point login at the following URL:
If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot your password?" and it will email or text you instructions on resetting it. Note: It will text (SMS) you only if you have set your mobile number in Settings.
The login tab shows the following options:
- Quarantine: To see your Inbound Quarantine, simply click the "Search" button. You can view any suspect email or see the details -- from the Details screen, you can add a sender or the sender's domain to your whitelist.
- Settings: Click on the "Settings" tab. From here, you can change your profile, view your aliases and white/black lists, and adjust your spam settings.
- Emergency Inbox: This feature is known as "continuity", and is something we haven't been able to offer before. If for some reason our mail server is unreachable due to power, hardware or network failure, you can access incoming messages here. Not only can you read them, you can also respond to them!
You will notice that "Outbound Quarantine" is an option, but isn't activated. This is a feature that we intend to implement before the end of the year. When implemented, it will scan outgoing emails to make sure they don't contain a virus or that results from an infected computer sending out spam. This will protect both you and us.
