This plan simply replaces your landline with a VOIP line that forwards to another phone number, usually your cell phone. The first 6 months are non-refundable after 30 days. This is perfect for Realtors and other home based business owners who want to economize, but want to retain their phone number. This is also perfect for business support lines that might switch operators from one person to another every year, or entrepreneurs who support their customers with a cell phone but don’t want to publish private cell phone numbers. Managed Only. No frills, just forwarded. Keep in mind that you pay extra for the line ($0.50/mo) and usage, if any.
This product is perfect for single-practitioner offices like doctors, accountants, or Realtors. An example would be a VOIP landline (port your existing phone# or get a new number), answered either on a deskphone or a Zoiper extension on your office or home computer, plus an optional 800# that rings into your main line. Any hardware purchased (phones, analog computers) are one-time and extra.
This plan is the "lite" VOIP version that gives you most of the features of a VOIP PBX. It's suitable for most businesses, although changes after the first three months are $15/request (any number of changes all at once). It comes with Call Record, Ring Groups, Time Conditions for one line, Voicemail, and much more. This plan doesn't include advanced features like IVR, Call Center, Conferencing, and the like.
This plan is the full-featured VOIP version that gives you any or all of the features of a VOIP PBX. It's suitable for most businesses with active VOIP needs, remote employees, and a general need to have multiple lines and/or multiple businesses with separate needs. Call Recording, Ring Groups, Time Conditions, Voice Mail, IVR, Queues, Fax, Call Center, and any feature available using our PBX software. There is no charge to make changes or for support for this version (up to 2 hours per month)
