You need to know which email server you are using:

  • Standard (inbound filtering only):      Webmail       Antispam/Antivirus Filter (MxForce)  
    1. INBOUND Server: pop3.earthclick.net SSL: Checked (Enabled) Port#: 993/995 (should default to one of these.) Authentication by Password (User name and Password as supplied by us) Note: check your port setting - if it is port 25, inbound mail will NOT be delivered.
    2. OUTBOUND Server: smtp.oip.net SSL: Checked (Enabled) - port 465 TLS: Checked or not - port 587 Authentication by Password (generally the same user name an password as INBOUND)
  • Enhanced (inbound & outbound filtering, optional archiving)       Webmail       Antispam/Antivirus Filter (GFI) (use your email username/password)
