We offer several levels of Dialup services, all serving different needs. All services supply national access using local phone numbers. Regular accounts also include our Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam security from Postini Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus filtering.

Accounts can be upgraded or downgraded only once per quarter and only twice per year.
Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam filtering
Regular dialup accounts include one free "Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam Message Center". Additional Message Centers are $1.00/month per email address each. Generally, each email address should have its own Message Center. You can opt out of Anti-Spam filtering (we'll add an "X-Header" with a "score" so you can manage your spam yourself), but you'll get all your spam. You can NOT opt out of Anti-Virus filtering, however.
Senior Citizens (age 65+) receive a 10% discount off the basic cost
There is also a 5% discount for annual pre-payment.

Account Restrictions
Personal website cannot be used for high-traffic activities, established businesses, shopping cart websites, or as a backup location or website for pornographic materials, legal or not. Dialup accounts are disconnected automatically after 6 hours of continuous connection. Although our accounts are technically "unlimited", they are not meant to be "dedicated" connections (e.g. 24/7 connections from a server). In fact, we expect accounts to be used less than 400 hours per month - accounts with more than 400 hours of continous use in two consecutive months may be subject to a surcharge or termination. If you require a dedicated connection, DSL, cable broadband or satellite are much better alternatives. Finally, customers cannot use this account to "spam" or to engage in any illegal activity (e.g. child pornography). We will levy an $125 per hour charge for research, travel and court time in the event that your activities involve us in a criminal case or civil litigation against you.
This service allows the "email only" customer access to the Internet and to Email on a "rarely used" basis.
Base Cost: $7.95/month, and includes one free E-Mail address and Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus Message Center and no personal webspace; Account must be pre-paid annually ($7.95 x 12 = $95.40), and there are no additional Senior or Annual-Prepaid discounts. You can also earn credits for referrals.
Over-hour Charge: $8.00 surcharge if you exceed 10 hours, or $12.00 if you exceed 200 hours.
This service limits you to 200 hours Dialup access per month. That's an average of more than 6 hours per day, and plenty of time for the average user.
Base Cost: $13.95/month, and includes free family E-Mail (up to five) and optional 2mb webspace. Our Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam filter is included for the first email account, and can be added to your family email accounts for $1.00 per month each.
Over-hour Charge: $6.00 surcharge will be added to your next month's bill if you exceed 200 hours.
This service provided unlimited Dialup access for just a few dollars more.
Base Cost: $17.95/month, and includes free family E-Mail (up to five) and option 2mb webspace. Our Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam filter is included for the first email account, and can be added to your family email accounts for $1.00 per month each.
DSL Backup:: We offer this to our DSL customers at no charge (some restrictions apply) - uses "limited" account phone book (.pdf).
Regular/Travel Backup$25 annual fee plus $2.00 per day usage. There is a minimum $6.00 charge for any month in which you use the service, and NO CHARGE in any month in which you do NOT use the service - uses "limited" account phone book (.pdf).
Flexible Use Account:$45 annual fee plus $19.95 per month usage (plus applicable Toll Free charges), and NO CHARGE in any month in which you do NOT use the service - you can choose the phone book (limited or unlimited), but we recommend the - uses "limited" account phone book (.pdf) because of it's superior coverage.
